A business coach from Ahmedabad is taking women’s entrepreneurship beyond motivational talks and into a global arena.

Dr Jalpan Lala, a branding and marketing expert known for her work with women-led businesses, is bringing an international initiative called HBL ATRIUM Women to India. The project operates with Heningson Black Level, a Europe-based organisation, and aims to help women entrepreneurs grow beyond local markets and connect with global opportunities.

Set to be officially launched at the end of April, HBL ATRIUM Women isn’t just another networking forum. Dr Lala describes it as a structured corridor that links ambition with real measurable success. The initiative has already lined up leadership across seven countries, including regions in Central America, Africa, the UAE and Spain, signalling that it wants actual operational strength and not just symbolic reach.

The core idea behind this effort is to go beyond inspiration and build an ecosystem where women founders can access premium brand positioning, leadership development, cross-border collaboration and international exposure. This setup is intended to help businesses not only be seen locally but also compete on a global stage.

Dr Lala, who also runs BrandBrews by Jalpanoholic, has long pushed for women entrepreneurs to take charge of their value and own their brand identity before thinking about expansion. She believes that true empowerment starts with clarity on worth, which then opens doors beyond borders.

By bringing this global framework to India, she hopes more women-run ventures will find pathways to grow internationally, with structured support rather than simple motivation.
